Davidson

We began trading as Davidson Distributors in November 2001 in Epsom Road, Stirling. Initially the business was started as a wholesale supplier to restaurants and hotels but as time went on more walk-in customers came in. The premises in Epsom Road were not designed for the walk –in customers and soon these premises became too small for the whole operation.

In August 2003 the business was moved to new premises where a retail outlet, Davidson Delicacies, was opened to enable all the products to be on open display for the public. This allowed for expansion into a host of new products and we are currently researching the market for products which are not readily available at the local supermarket. In 2012 we purchased a company called International Foods, they were agents for Divella pasta and many other Italian Foods.

We changed our name to DAVIDSON INTERNATIONAL and continue to trade as such.

Our motto is service to the public. We endeavor to provide a fast, efficient delivery service to hotels and restaurants. This service extends throughout the Border region.

We are different from other similar deli’s due to the fact that we offer excellent prices to the public, making it possible for all to be able to afford our “luxury” products.
